There is a varied programme of health and fitness, social, educational and recreational activities  for the people of Eastney, Milton and Southsea (although many people travel from further afield to participate in activities and sample the food in the new Cafe. We are always looking to offer new opportunities and activities for the community and welcome any new partnerships, groups or suggestions.

A well as regular groups there are various events being held in and around the centre. For further information see the News page.

The facilities at the centre are excellent. The centre has a large sports hall, a small hall and a mirrored dance studio and a one-to-one room as well as recently refurbished, well-equipped kitchen. There is also a full size skittle alley that can be hired. The large and small halls can also be hired out for private functions such as weddings, family parties, fund-raising events, meetings, performances…the list is endless.

Eastney Community Centre is managed by Eastney Area Community Association (EACA) a registered charity 292346 made up of volunteers from the local community. Eastney Community Centre is supported by Portsmouth City Council but does not receive regular grant aid funding from any source and self-generates all income to maintain the centre and its running costs. EACA is committed to an equal opportunities policy and welcomes you all to come and see for yourself all that Eastney Community Centre has to offer. Come and have a cup of tea or join in with an activity… We look forward to seeing you soon!
